Dr. Abba Jacob Kastin z"l

It is with great sadness that we mourn the
passing of our friend and supporter

Dr. Abba Jacob Kastin z"l

Abba was a world renown physician who after graduating
from Harvard Medical school, led the way to discovering
the effects of peptides in the periphery on the central nervous system.
He donated the "Isadore and Ruth Kastin Chair for Brain Research"
in Ariel University. Abba was a lover of Israel and the Jewish people
May his wife, Emma (Weihong) Kastin, know no more grief.
He will be mourned by all his family
at Ariel University

Words fail to fully capture the indelible impact Julia made
as a role model and an example for all of us in her community work,
chessed, humility and emunah. She will be sorely missed.
